1 – What time can I arrive?
In high season, arrivals are mainly on Saturday or Sunday from 3:00 pm.
Group requests will be taken into account on the basis of an estimate.
2 – What time do I have to leave the premises?
In high season, departures must take place on Saturday or Sunday before 10.00 am.
In low season, for groups, departures are made after the inventory of fixtures according to estimate. Holidaymakers depart at 10:00 am.
3 – Is it possible to arrive on the day of your choice?
In high season, bookings are mainly by the week, from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
In low season, depending on the number of bookings, you can choose your day of arrival and departure; this will be agreed in advance with the estate managers.
4 – Is end-of-stay cleaning included in my booking?
In both high and low season, guests are provided with a cleaning kit (broom, mop, bucket, sponge, washing-up liquid, multi-purpose cleaner) to leave the premises as they found them. Guests are responsible for taking out the rubbish (a garbage can is available) and washing, drying and putting away the dishes.
Guests may be asked to pay a cleaning fee.
5 – Should I bring my own sheets?
Our cottages are all equipped with pillows and comforters. If you are unable to bring your own linen (sheets, pillowcases and towels), we can provide this service on site.
6 – Can I arrive after the reception desk has closed?
Reception opening and closing times are from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. However, if you need to arrive outside these times, please contact us so that we can arrange a later arrival.
7 – Are swimming shorts allowed in our pools?
Bathing suits are compulsory; we accept swimming shorts for swimming only and lycras for children. Monokinis and nudism are not permitted.
8 – What is the maximum capacity of my accommodation?
It all depends on the accommodation you choose. Some of our cottages can sleep up to 6 people.
9 – How do I get in and out of the car?
Entrance/exit to and from the estate is free, with no schedule restrictions. The access path is a one-way loop. For everyone’s safety, we ask you to respect the speed limit posted on the site.
10 – I’m in a wheelchair, do you have a chalet on one level?
For anyone with reduced mobility, we have a dedicated chalet with direct access, enlarged doors and an adapted bathroom/toilet.
11 – Are pets allowed?
We accept pets for a daily fee payable at the time of booking. However, pets must be kept on a leash. We would like to remind you that it is forbidden to leave your pet alone in the rental. Dogs belonging to categories 1 and 2 are not permitted.
12 – Is there insurance in case I have to cancel my stay?
You can take out holiday cancellation insurance with GRITCHEN, the cost of which is prorated to your stay (3%).
13 – Is there a security deposit to be paid?
A security deposit is required on arrival at the estate. This must be paid by cheque or card, up to a maximum of €200 to cover loss, breakage and damage to equipment.
14 – Is there a cleaning deposit?
A €50 cleaning deposit will be required and returned at the end of your stay when you check out.
15 – When do I pay my deposit and balance?
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay. The balance must be paid at least 1 month before arrival.
16 – Is it possible to recharge our vehicle?
YES
17 – How can I pay for my stay and at the bar?
All means of payment are accepted, including credit cards, cheques, vacation vouchers and cash. At the bar and snack bar, payment by credit card is accepted from €5, or in cash.
18 – Is there shopping nearby?
We offer a small grocery store, where you can order bread and pastries baked on the estate, a SPAR is a 5-minute drive away or larger supermarkets in St-Juery (30 minutes).
19 – Can we receive visitors on the estate?
Yes, subject to a tourist tax to enable the person to be insured on the estate.
20 – What are the activities on the estate? And nearby?
Entertainment and children’s playground, evening entertainment, Wednesday concert, welcome drink from the tourist office, mini golf, city, bowling green, swimming pools and paddling pool, table tennis. We are also a health center, offering massages, foot reflexology and energy treatments.
For activities in and around the area, brochures are available at reception, as well as a library and board games.
21 – Is there air conditioning in the chalets?
No fixed air-conditioning, but you can rent a mobile one, or borrow fans.
